Focus Biz Coach was founded in 2016 by Nathalie Beaumont, a former tech entrepreneur who experienced first-hand the loneliness and overwhelm that so many business owners face. After successfully scaling and selling her own software company, Nathalie realised that the most valuable resource she had during that journey was not capital or technology — it was the mentors and coaches who challenged her thinking and held her accountable.
Determined to pay that gift forward, she assembled a small team of seasoned professionals and launched a coaching practice rooted in practical, evidence-based methods. What began as a one-person consultancy in a shared Laval office has grown into a respected firm serving over 300 clients across Quebec and beyond.
