Most of our clients work with us for six to twelve months, though the duration depends entirely on your goals and pace. Some leaders benefit from an intensive three-month sprint, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer horizon. We design every engagement to fit your timeline and budget.
Do you offer virtual coaching sessions?
Absolutely. While we love meeting clients in person at our Laval office, we offer fully virtual coaching via secure video conferencing for clients across Canada and internationally. Virtual sessions are just as effective and provide greater scheduling flexibility.
What is the investment for business coaching?
Our pricing varies based on the scope and frequency of sessions. We offer individual coaching packages, team coaching programmes and executive retreats. During your complimentary discovery call, we will discuss your needs and provide a transparent quote with no hidden fees.

Yes. We offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery call so we can learn about your business, understand your challenges and determine whether our coaching approach is the right fit. There is absolutely no obligation to continue after this call.
